Where we were very successful in obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement for our client prior to proceeding to a full trial. The Respondent could not overcome the Claimant's case.
- We acted for the Respondent in an arbitration, under ICC Rules, carried out in Zurich. This resulted in the Claimant eventually withdrawing from the case and settling in our Respondent's favour. The Claimant could not breach the Respondent's defence.
- We acted for the Claimant in a successful appeal in the London Court of Appeal overturning a decision for the Respondent in a previous High Court (Technology & Construction Court) hearing.
